These terms apply to all quotations, bills of quantities (BOQs), proposals and
service agreements issued by Breeze Empire Tech (Private) Limited
(“Breeze Empire Tech”, “we”, “us”) for HVAC, refrigeration, cold chain,
solar energy and security & automation work, unless a signed written agreement
with the client states otherwise.
01 Quotations & Validity
- Quotes and BOQs are valid for 30 calendar days from the issue date.
- Prices are subject to revision if site conditions or technical scope change prior to signing.
02 Payment Milestones
- Advance deposit: 60% upon PO/signing, to secure equipment procurement.
- Installation: 30% upon physical delivery and site mounting.
- Handover: 10% final balance upon testing and commissioning.
03 Ownership & Title Pass
- All hardware and materials remain the legal property of Breeze Empire Tech until settled in full.
- Risk of equipment damage or loss passes to the client upon delivery to site.
04 Warranty & Exclusions
- Workmanship: 12-month guarantee on technical installations.
- Equipment: covered by standard manufacturer warranty.
- Exclusions: grid surges, unauthorized alterations, or gross negligence are not covered.
For a specific project, the quotation, BOQ or signed service agreement issued to
you takes precedence over this general summary. Contact us if anything here needs
